evolution upstream doesn't belive this is an issue, marking as not-affected in thunderbird, this was called CVE-2018-5162

In bionic, the patch for kmail depends on the two patches for kf5-messagelib. In xenial and trusty, the vulnerable code for kmail and kf5-messagelib is in the kdepim package.
