The purpose of this communication is to provide a status update and highlights for any interesting subjects from the Ubuntu Server Team. cloud-init
- cloud-init status –wait blocks until all stages complete (LP: #1747965)
- SRU EC2 upgrade path fix for ‘systemctl restart cloud-init.service’ (LP:1748354)
- Fix ds-identify nocloud detection with bind mounted writable/system-data directory (LP: #1747070)
- Tests: include missing unitests in python2.6 environments. Fix py2.6 incompatilibilies
curtin
- Fix image url download for python2.7. Fix CI to avoid image downloads when source version is unspecified.
- Curtin zfsroot as fstype for MAAS (Experimental)
- LiveCD undesired swap behavior. Curtin needs to unmount auto-mounted swaps
